Scheduling a Time-to-Rise will help teach early risers when it’s okay to get out of bed (and give you some extra time to sleep).
Practice following the color signals that let your little one know when it’s alright to wake you. With the Stoplight color series, yellow means it’s almost time to get up and green means go! Over time little ones will learn about time and boundaries, which helps everyone get more sleep.
💡 Tip: Let your child choose their Time-to-Rise color to help build sleep independence
The Time-to-Rise Beacon is interruptive, which means that if anything is already playing on your device the Time-to-Rise Beacon WILL start automatically. You can specify the time you need to signal your children that it’s ok to get up in a form of:
- An alarm-like wakening sound with a bright light (not recommended until older than 4)
- A non-disruptive light-only experience that will keep the sound settings the same that were used for sleep
