Your power cord needs to be firmly plugged into the base of Rest to correctly power it and ensure that your programs run as scheduled.
If your Rest is not turning on, please do the following:
- Make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into Rest and the wall outlet
- Try another outlet in your home
- Open your app and wait for it to scan for Available Rests
- Tap CONNECT to connect to your Rest
