Grow connection troubleshooting

Having trouble connecting to your Grow? Please check the following:

  1. Make sure your phone or tablet’s Bluetooth is enabled.

  2. If you are an Android user, make sure you have Location Services turned on.

  3. Position yourself next to Grow 

  4. Check that no other smart device is already connected to Grow. Grow will only pair with one device at a time.

  5. Make sure Grow has full batteries.

If none of the above work, please try:

  1. Turning your phone/tablet's bluetooth off then back on again.

  2. Kill your app by double-tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up.
