"Zero Your Pad" Troubleshooting Tips

If you see a "zero your pad" alert on your app, you should first make sure that Grow is on a hard, level surface and is not touching any walls or sides of the changing pad. Also remove anything from the top of Grow and if you are using the safety belt, buckle it over the top of the empty pad.

 

Tap "Zero" in the app and your pad will be ready to use once it is zeroed out!
