If you're planning on traveling with your Restore here are some tips and tricks so you can continue to use your Restore seamlessly!
If you're traveling where there won't be any WiFi available:
- Make sure you double-check your alarms. Your alarms will run as scheduled even if you can't get connected to a WiFi network.
- Additionally, if you are traveling to a location where there is no WiFi, please make sure your routine is set up just how you want it, you won't be able to make any edits if you can't get your Restore online.
Traveling to a Hotel:
In order to connect to your Restore via the Hatch Sleep app at a hotel with a captive portal network (or somewhere where WiFi is unavailable), you’ll need to set up a hotspot via your smartphone to connect and control your Restore. Captive portal networks, like those found at many hotels, hospitals, and airports, require each device using the WiFi to sign into the network. You'll only need to have your hotspot active when you want to connect and make changes to your Restore, if your routine and alarms are set up you won't need to keep the WiFi hotspot active.
