- Products purchased directly from Hatch Baby in new and unopened condition will receive a full refund less shipping fees.
- Products purchased directly from Hatch Baby in opened or used will receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and less shipping fees.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- You assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.
