We love our products and want you to love them, too! If for any reason you don’t, feel free to head to the returns section of our website within 60 days of your ship date to initiate a return. Please note:
- Products must be purchased directly from Hatch.
- You assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.
- If possible, please return all items in their original packaging.
- If opened, the Cloud Pillow is ineligible for return. Please reach out to our support team to help with any Cloud Pillow returns that are unopened at the link above.

Hatch Returns Portal
From there you just need to enter your order information and select which item(s) you are wanting to return. You'll then be provided with a prepaid return label to send your device back. Once the device has been received back and processed, your refund will be automatically processed and sent back to the card/account originally used for the purchase!
Gift returns will be refunded via Store Credit - when your item is received you'll be emailed with a Store Credit code to use for any purchases made on Hatch.co. To start a gift return click here.
You'll enter the order number (found on the packing slip) and the shipping zip code and then follow the on-screen prompts to initiate your return.
Products purchased from a third-party reseller must be returned to that retailer according to the store’s policy. Please contact that seller for assistance with your return.
