We love our products and want you to love them, too. If for any reason you don’t, please return it to us within 60 days of the ship date for a refund.
Please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you with your return. Shipping fees are not refundable, however, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid shipping label to place on the original packaging.
Products must be purchased directly from Hatch Baby and must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging in order for us to process your refund.
In order to process a replacement for a defective unit, you must provide the serial number and proof of purchase (if not purchased directly from hatchbaby.com).
