Return Policy

We love our products and want you to love them, too. If for any reason you don’t, please contact us at support@hatchbaby.com within 60 days of your ship date to initiate a return.

  • Products purchased directly from Hatch Baby in new and unopened condition will receive a full refund less shipping fees.
  • Products purchased directly from Hatch Baby in opened or used will receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and less shipping fees.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • You assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.

 

Products purchased from a third party reseller must be returned to that retailer according to the store’s policy.  Please contact that seller for assistance with your return.
