Return Policy

We love our products and want you to love them, too. If for any reason you don’t, please contact us at within 60 days of your ship date to initiate a return.

  • Products purchased directly from Hatch in new and unopened condition will receive a full refund.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • You assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.

 Products purchased from a third party reseller must be returned to that retailer according to the store’s policy.  Please contact that seller for assistance with your return.
