One of our suppliers (a well-known electronics brand) sent us faulty components that cause some Rest units to repeatedly skip or stop playing sounds within a minutes time. If you think you have one of these faulty units please let us know. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can take a look at your diagnostics and get this resolved. You will need to be able to provide either proof of purchase or be able to verify your Hatch Baby Rest app account information.
