Power cord help

If your Rest+ is not turning on, please do the following:

  1. Make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into Rest+ and the wall outlet
  2. Try another outlet in your home
  3. Open your app and wait for it to scan for Available Rest+s
  4. Tap the name of your Rest+ to connect to your Rest+
