Hatch Restore was designed as a personal use device. Unlike Rest or Rest+, Restore was not made to have multiple users like our other products for babies & kids given all of the personal customization it has. But, if you share a bedroom with a partner and would like for them to be able to control your Restore, just have them use your same Hatch login credentials. They will be able to control Restore without any limitations.
Having trouble registering a new device? Try the following advanced reset:
- Unplug your Restore.
- Press the button with the two arrows (the Bluetooth connection button) on the bottom of your Restore for two seconds.
- Plug your Restore in again.
- Go back into the app and try to register or update your Wi-Fi again.
