How to toggle between devices in the Hatch Sleep app
When you log into the Hatch Sleep app you will be brought to the home screen of the device you most recently used. Tap the back arrow in the top left corner of the screen and select the product you wish to control from the menu.
Please note: The device you select must be plugged in or the battery charged in order to connect.
How to set up additional Hatch devices in the Hatch Sleep app
Let's get your new Hatch device set up.
Please note: You'll need Bluetooth enabled and a stable WiFi connection to proceed.
- Use the instructions above to help you navigate to the Hatch Device Screen in the Hatch Sleep app. All Hatch devices you have connected to your app will display here.
- To add a new device to your account, tap "Add a Hatch Product."
- You'll be asked to which Hatch product you'd like to set up. If you're not sure what Hatch device and generation you have, check the package that your Hatch came in. This info is also available in the quick start guide.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your new Hatch device. The Hatch Sleep app will automatically seek out your device & begin pairing.
