When looking at the "Explore" section of your Hatch Sleep app you will see several options. We will focus on the content available, specifically the Unwind, Sleep, and Wake sections as shown below:
In the Unwind section, you can find meticulously composed premium channels, each filled with a wide variety of content designed to help you relax and unwind from your day. (Still unsure on how channels work? Check out this article!) We have provided a more in-depth look at the different channels below:
Ambient Overlook: Includes 14 tracks, each designed to paint a different ambient dreamscape.
Moonrise Melodies: Includes 14 tracks of gentle sleepy piano music to help you drift off to sleep.
Classical Cascade: 14 tracks of soft classical music specifically chosen with sleep in mind.
Astronomy Archive: 7 stories centered around astronomy and exploring our universe.
The Craft Corner: 7 stories, each one walking you through a different craft project.
Body Scan Studio: 14 tracks, focused on using meditation and mindfulness techniques to help you get a great night's sleep.
Deep-Sea Dreams: 8 tracks that simulate beautiful watery soundscapes from all around the world.
Forest Echos: 10 tracks, each track is designed to simulate a variety of lush forest soundscapes.
Nostalgic Journeys: 8 tracks, each one guiding you through a different setting designed to lull you into a state of pure comfort and nostalgia.
Relax in Nature: 9 tracks each painting various settings in nature, designed to help foster feelings of peace, serenity, and relaxation.
Signal Falls: 6 stories that guide you on a curious journey to Signal Falls. These gentle yet intriguing stories will be sure to help you clear your mind and enter a blissful state of relaxation.
City Wanderings: 7 musical selections, each with a unique, lo-fi feel to help you unwind and drift off to dreamland.
Acoustic Campfire: 7 tracks of soft, gentle acoustic guitar. You'll feel like you're right by the campfire, unwinding under the stars.
Rolling Thunder: 8 beautiful soundscapes, reminiscent of those cozy stormy nights and falling asleep to the gentle patter of rain with the soft rumbles of thunder in the distance.
En Route: 7 traveler-inspired soundscapes, each one painting the soft sounds of safe transport on the way to our destination
Restful Meditation: 7 exercises centered around one of the most overlooked, yet most important, things we do as humans - breathing.
Breathing in Nature: 5 exercises that focus on your breathing while also allowing your mind to drift off to beautiful scenes in nature.
Grateful Reflections: 5 exercises centered around gratitude and the importance of appreciation.

The second section, aptly named Sleep, contains a selection of sleep sounds, aimed at not only helping you stay asleep but also attain a deeper, more restful sleep. These sounds are more self-explanatory and generally sound just as the name would imply. We have included a list of these sounds below:
The last section Wake contains a collection of both traditional and modern alarms. They have proven to be effective, time and time again at waking us up in the morning so we can start our day. These sounds are also fairly self-explanatory and we have included a brief list of these below:
